Tsveta Todorova-Kelly is an Attorney in the Firm's Nashville office and a member of the Litigation practice group. She focuses her practice on business litigation, construction law, and general civil litigation. She also focused on regulatory matters, copyright issues, and professional liability.

In addition, Ms. Todorova-Kelly served as Associate General Counsel for the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance, advising the Tennessee Board of Accountancy and the Tennessee Motor Vehicle Commission on various policy, legislative, and disciplinary issues. This unique role has enriched her experience in regulatory and compliance matters.
