Ms. Bainvol is an associate in the Competition & Antitrust Department, where she specializes in competition and antitrust, regulation, and commercial disputes.



Ms. Bainvol provides legal counsel to domestic and foreign companies in diverse competition and antitrust matters, including proceedings before the Israel Antitrust Authority, matters relating to mergers and acquisitions and other trade practices, and complex civil litigation matters and class actions.



During her legal studies, Ms. Bainvol was selected to study comparative private and public law at the Max Planck Research Institute in Germany. Ms. Bainvol also served as a research assistant for Prof. Daniel More, in the fields of tort law and civil procedure.



Ms. Bainvol participated in the Refugee Rights Legal Clinic, a pro bono volunteer program providing legal services to refugees and asylum-seekers.
