Mr. Hoftman is an associate in the Real Estate Department. Mr. Hoftman's practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate projects. He is involved in a wide range of real estate transactions and provides comprehensive legal advice to clients in such matters.



Mr. Hoftman is involved in representing many of Israel's leading property owners and developers, and advises the firm's clients throughout the different stages of commercial real estate projects, including during the due diligence, sale or purchase of land, zoning and planning, construction licensing, sale and lease of commercial, retail and residential projects and income-producing assets, and the lease and sale of housing units and commercial property. Mr. Hoftman's practice also encompasses planning and zoning, and real estate taxation.



Prior to joining FBC, Mr. Hoftman practiced law as an associate in another leading Israeli law firm, where he acquired experience in the areas of real estate, litigation, dispute resolution, and corporate law.



During his legal studies, Mr. Hoftman served as a member of the Environmental Justice Clinic, which combines in-depth legal research with practical legal work in the environmental sphere, where he was engaged in promoting pro-environment legislation.
