Tory Finley is a member of Dykema's Business Services Group, Business Litigation Group, and the Dental Services Organization Group in Dykema's Dallas, Texas office. He is the go-to for clients looking for creative, responsive, experienced, and personable representation for both corporate and complex commercial litigation matters. Mr. Finley focuses his practice on advising clients nationwide in the health care industry on all manner of regulatory issues related to the formation, reorganization, and acquisition of Dental Service Organizations or group dental practices. He regularly advises clients on a wide array of corporate matters, including assisting investors in buying, selling, or investing in Dental Service Organizations, assisting dentists in selling their practices, and crating regulatory corporate business models. He has also successfully represented clients in multiple federal and state regulatory investigations and traditional litigation disputes regarding allegations of the corporate practice of medicine and dentistry, fee-splitting, fraud and abuse, and related violations.
Mr. Finley also focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, representing both national and international companies in matters including breach of contract, franchise disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, general negligence, vicarious liability, fraud and misrepresentation, tortious interference, conversion and conspiracy. Mr. Finley has represented clients in both bringing and defending injunctive actions and damage claims. He has significant trial experience, including managing cases ranging from complex business disputes, insurance disputes, to catastrophic injury cases.
As a result of Mr. Finley's professional achievements and zealous advocacy in both the corporate and Complex Commercial litigation realms, he has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Attorney by The National Black Lawyers Association.
