Tina Garcia is a partner in Greenspoon Marder LLP's Litigation and Government Relations practice groups.
Ms. Garcia is a results-driven commercial litigator with a strong track record of success in complex business disputes. She regularly defends and prosecutes claims on behalf of developers, timeshare companies, and other business entities, providing both courtroom representation and strategic counsel to mitigate risk and resolve conflicts efficiently. She regularly assists clients with legal compliance and litigation involving highly regulated industries such as debt collection, telemarketing, and timeshare. She also litigates state and federal claims involving fraud, breach of contract, landlord/tenant matters, tax credits, and other business-related torts.
In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Ms. Garcia advises and represents various governmental agencies and municipalities with regard to education law, public records laws, tort law and various taxation matters. She has represented school boards, cities, community development districts, property appraiser's offices, and other governmental entities.
