Tiffany Ng is a member of the Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups at Buchalter's San Francisco office. She focuses her practice on business and real estate litigation, as well as appellate advocacy. Ms. Ng has successfully defended clients before the California Courts of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit, preserving favorable trial court outcomes.
With a client base that includes property owners, real estate developers, landlords, lenders, and business owners, Ms. Ng also advises individuals and corporations in commercial real estate transactions. Her ability to navigate both litigation and transactional matters makes her a trusted advisor for complex real estate and business disputes.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese and deeply familiar with Asian cultures, Ms. Ng frequently represents Asian American businesses, guiding them through the complexities of the U.S. legal system. Her cultural competency and ability to communicate nuanced legal concepts in her clients' native languages add a distinct value to her practice.
