Tia Gonzalez is a member of the Litigation practice group in the Firm's Los Angeles office. Ms. Gonzalez focuses her practice on receiverships and trust & estate litigation.  She represents individuals, fiduciaries, trustees and receivers through the State of California in all aspects of litigation through trial.

Ms. Gonzalez has represented state and federal court receivers in the execution of their duties in equity, real estate, post-judgment, and health & safety receiverships.  Ms. Gonzalez has also obtained receivers on behalf of corporations seeking an efficient dissolution of assets.

Ms. Gonzalez understands that trust and estate litigation can be particularly difficult due to the issues inherent in navigating the death or incapacity of a family member.  She serves as a strong advocate for her clients while also seeking common ground for successful resolution of these matters.
