Profile
Thomas is an associate in the firm's Tax team and primarily advises on:
- tax issues arising in respect of corporate transactions (including M&A transactions and reorganisations);
- real estate transactions and property taxes;
- contentious tax matters including disputes with HMRC and tax appeals; and
- S/EIS and VCT qualifying investments.
Thomas completed his LLB Law Degree at Bournemouth University in 2020, graduating with First Class Honours and attaining the highest mark in his year.
