Thabani Mabubula is an Associate at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice.  

Thabani specialises in general litigation, and local and international arbitrations in matters relating to renewable energy projects, having acted in cases involving wind farms.

His experience includes advising on litigation risks, instituting and defending matters in the High Court, public law litigation through court processes, and conducting arbitrations locally and internationally through organisations such the International Chamber of Commerce, and the London Court of International Arbitration.

Additionally, Thabani has expertise in customs and excise litigation, where he provides advice and ensures compliance with court rules and procedures in rebate claims.
