Profile
Since coming to Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt in 1972, I have focused my practice in the area of real estate law. I have developed a strong reputation for my work in the areas of acquisition and development of bare land, acquisition and redevelopment of improved land, loan origination, loan closing documentation, land use, leasing, real estate partnerships and acquisition, and sale agreements relating to income-producing properties.
