Tashreek Miller is an Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice.

Tashreek specialises in M&A, private equity, corporate reorganisations and restructurings as well as general commercial law.

His experience includes negotiating, advising and structuring a range of commercial transactions, including asset and share acquisitions and disposals, share subscriptions, the structuring and establishment of new business entities in South Africa (including non-profit organisations), shareholder relationships and joint ventures as well as conducting due diligence investigations.

In addition, Tashreek also has experience in compliance and regulatory work, and has advised both local and international clients in various sectors including the agricultural, fast-moving consumer goods, petroleum, property and telecoms industries.
