Tara Smyth is a senior associate in A&L Goodbody's Employment group and acts for a range of clients across a variety of business and industry sectors, advising on all aspects of Irish employment law €" both contentious and non-contentious.

This includes preparing employment contracts and policies in line with latest market practice, supporting HR teams in navigating complex employee / industrial relations issues or workplace restructurings as well as advising employers on the conduct external investigations or workplace processes, including involving employee whistleblowers. Tara also regularly represents employers in claims before both the Workplace Relations Commission and the civil courts.
