Profile

Tabea Gutmann is an attorney at Walder Wyss, advising national and international clients on all aspects of employment law and related areas of law, in particular social security law. A key focus of her practice is advising on cross-border employment matters, as well as on restructurings and the associated employee participation procedures. She also regularly advises on the hiring of employees, including the design of complex compensation systems, and on the termination of employment relationships.

Tabea Gutmann studied law at Humboldt University of Berlin (First State Examination, 2017). During her legal traineeship, she gained professional experience in various institutions, including a German federal ministry and an international law firm in London. She was admitted to the bar in 2020. Prior to joining Walder Wyss in 2022, she worked as an attorney at a leading European law firm in Berlin, focusing on employment law.

Tabea Gutmann advises clients in German and English. She is a member of the Berlin Bar Association and, pursuant to Article 28 of the Swiss Federal Act on the Free Movement of Lawyers (BGFA), is registered on the public list of EU and EFTA lawyers authorised to permanently represent parties before Swiss courts under their original professional title.
