Profile

Mr. Suk Soo KIM is a legal counsel at D&A LLC. His practice is primarily focused on General Civil Disputes and Criminal Defense Litigation.
Mr. Kim formerly served as a justice of the Supreme Court from 1991 to 1997 and as the 10th chairperson of the National Election Commission from 1993 to 1997. He served as the 34th prime minister of Korea from 2002 to 2003 and as chairperson of the sentencing commission of the Supreme Court from 2007 to 2009. He received an Honorary JSD from Yonsei University, College of Law in May 1997.
In addition, he served as chairperson of the Government Officials Ethics Committee, chairman of the Court Officials Ethics Committee, chairman of the Newspaper Ethics Committee, non-executive director of Samsung Electronics, auditor, and director of Yonsei University.
