Mr. Suk Jin KIM is a partner at D&A LLC. His practice is primarily focused on Civil and Criminal Litigation, Antitrust & Competition Law, Corporate Law, and Administrative Litigation.
As a practitioner of the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC), Mr. Kim gained extensive practical experience in various administrative enforcement matters. He also served as Head of Legal Affairs at Aekyung Industrial Co., Ltd., and handled major high-profile and socially significant cases, including civil and criminal litigation related to humidifier disinfectants, thereby developing substantial expertise in corporate legal affairs and owner risk management. In addition, he successfully obtained a Constitutional Court ruling annulling a prosecutor’s decision to suspend indictment, which was published as a key precedent of the Constitutional Court of Korea in August 2023.
