Stefan Walder is counsel in the Corporate/M&A team of Walder Wyss. His practice focuses on corporate law, matrimonial property and inheritance law, real estate law, and insolvency law (especially bankruptcy law).

Born in 1977, Stefan Walder completed his training at various Zurich notarial offices before passing the notarial examinations in 2005 and subsequently obtaining the elective certificate for notaries (notarial patent), awarded by the Supreme Court of the Canton of Zurich. From 2005 onwards, he worked for two Zurich notarial offices as deputy notary, and from 2012 to 2023 as elected notary of the Riesbach-Zurich district.

Stefan Walder primarily advises clients in German and English (he also speaks French and Italian as well). He ist not admittet to the Bar.
