Profile
Sofia is a managing associate in the Real Estate and Tourism practice. With more than 10 years of professional experience, she has regularly advised Portuguese and international clients in a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on retail, shopping centres, agribusiness, office, residential, renewable energy, telecommunications and infrastructure.
She has assisted clients in a variety of real estate transactions, representing them at all stages of the transaction and acting in particular on sales, leases, creation of property rights and land restructuring.
Sofia holds a postgraduate degree in real estate law from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa. She was also a visiting researcher at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law and holds a Masters degree in judicial sciences from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
She is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Institute's Young Leaders Group.
