Over the last ten years, Simrat has extensively advised numerous multinational and domestic clients on various aspects of structuring the transaction, issues related to land acquisition in India, leasing of commercial and industrial spaces and preparation of related documentation.
Simrat also extensively works in the in the sphere of Construction laws which includes drafting and vetting of design and build contracts and advising companies on FIDIC contracts from an Indian law perspective.
