Profile
Simón Aqueveque is an associate in the tax law practice of the Santiago, Chile office.
He mainly focusses on providing tax advice and consultancy to domestic and foreign clients, as well as on the implementation of corporate and equity restructurings, mergers, acquisitions and project finance.
Before joining Garrigues, Simón worked at KPMG Chile, in the Tax & Legal area (2019-2021) and at Mazars Chile, Tax & Legal area (2017-2019).
In the academic field, he has been an assistant professor of Constitutional Law, specifically Constitutional Rights and Guarantees at Universidad de los Andes Law School (2013-2014).
