Mrs. Gillat is an associate in the Competition & Antitrust Department, where she specializes in competition & antitrust law, anti-dumping and litigation. Ms. Gillat provides legal counsel to domestic and foreign companies in antitrust matters, including in complex civil litigation, class actions, commercial disputes, and proceedings before the Israeli Antitrust Authority, and competition law counsel relating to mergers and acquisitions and other potentially restrictive trade practices.



Mrs. Gillat also provides legal counsel to companies with regard to anti-dumping matters, including general counsel, and administrative proceedings before the Ministry of Industry Trade and Labor.



During her legal studies, Ms. Gillat served as a member of the Social Welfare Legal Clinic, a pro bono academic program providing legal assistance to disempowered populations. Ms. Gillat provided legal assistance to homeless youth.
