Shezaad Cassim is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance practice at ENS.

He specialises in banking and corporate finance transactions, acting on behalf of both lenders and borrowers.

He has experience in a broad range of financing transactions, including asset finance (in particular aircraft financing), leveraged finance, acquisition finance, debt restructuring as well as cross-border and structured trade and commodity finance, with a particular focus on emerging markets.

He has experience advising local and international commercial banks, developmental finance institutions and international finance institutions and he has previously worked for a globally renowned law firm in its London office.
