Ms. Seon Hee OH is a partner at D&A LLC. Her practice is primarily focused on General Civil Disputes, Transportation, Industrial Accident, Healthcare & Environment, Criminal Defense Litigation, Reconstruction & Redevelopment, and Construction & Real Estate.

Since 1994, Ms. Oh has served as a judge on various courts, and upon her retirement as a presiding judge at the Seoul Central District Court in February 2018, she joined our law firm. During her tenure as a presiding judge at the Seoul Central District Court, she was responsible for the special areas of media, environment, and medicine. She was in charge of warrants as a presiding judge at the Seoul Northern District Court and was the presiding judge of the Uijeongbu District Court criminal conciliation division. In addition, she was responsible for court tasks in a broad range of areas, such as civil applications, family, corporate, and finance. Her extensive trial experience enables her to demonstrate outstanding expertise and skill in her current capacity at D&A.
