Over the years, she has developed a diverse practice that led her to represent companies operating in a variety of interconnected sectors, including biotechnology, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity
As a true legal partner and trusted business advisor, her clients entrust her with their most important transactions, including acquisitions, sales and mergers. Her extensive experience in managing complex, large-scale files, combined with her strategic leadership in engaging various expertise in the firm, makes her a key asset for her clients. Selena also has extensive experience in governance. With her ASC designation, Quebec's recognized equivalent to the Chartered Director (C.Dir.) title, she has served on several boards of directors. She currently serves on the boards of Desjardins General Insurance Group, the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec and the Foundation of the IRCM. In addition, she plays an active role in the Emerging Leaders Group of WSG (World Services Group), an international network of law firms and other professional service providers in 145 countries.
Lastly, Selena is regularly invited as a guest speaker on topics related to leadership, governance, diversity and inclusion. She is a leader for The A Effect's Ambition Challenge, a 100-day training program for women to accelerate their professional development.
