Profile

Sarah Parks assists clients in a wide array of litigation matters with a primary focus on commercial litigation, and substantial experience in products liability and appellate law. In addition, she has knowledge of fraternity and sorority law.


Sarah has experience in preparation for and participation in trials, including serving as second chair in a state medical malpractice jury trial, second chair in a federal civil rights jury trial, and first chair in several state level bench trials and small claims trials.


Prior to joining Quarles & Brady, she served as a legal intern for Indiana University Office of the Vice President and General Counsel; a law clerk for the Office of U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly; and, an intern to the Honorable Justice Mark S. Massa with the Indiana Supreme Court. Additionally, Sarah worked as a legal intern for the Office of the General Counsel of St. Francis Community Services in Salina, Kansas.
