Sarah is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team. She advises local and international clients on a range of matters including corporate and company law disputes, restructuring and insolvency, trust disputes and commercial litigation. Sarah also advises on intellectual property matters and is registered with the Guernsey Intellectual Property Office as a Trade Mark, Patent and Design Rights Intellectual Property agent.
