She has extensive experience in providing tax advice to companies and major business groups both national and multinational installed in our territory.

As a result of the above, she participates in corporate restructuring processes as well as in the advice of groups and family businesses both in their business and family/wealth aspects (family business benefits), trying to find the optimal ownership structure from the point of view of the partner and society itself.

Additionally, she collaborates on an ongoing basis in more specialized areas, such as problems related to the Tax on Business Activities (Impuesto sobre Actividades Económicas) or the Foreign Transaction Survey (Encuesta de Transacciones con el Exterior, Banco de España).
She also carries out an intense activity as a representative of taxpayers in numerous tax procedures.

She has been tutor of final year's projects in the Master's Degree in Legal and Tax Counseling at the Valladolid Chamber of Commerce.

She is currently a member of the Madrid Bar Association, as well as the Valladolid Economists' Association.
