Samantha Hughes is an associate and a member of the product liability and class action defense team. She focuses her practice on products liability and consumer warranty litigation, including defense of lemon law litigation and related claims, representing manufacturers of automobiles, as well as dealers, finance companies, and related entities.

Samantha also has experience defending entities against product liability claims including toxic torts, chemical exposure claims, asbestos, and defending manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in various industries against severe personal injury or death stemming from loss of limbs and burns. In addition, Samantha successfully represented companies and individuals in general liability and premises liability matters.
