Profile

Sabrina Strand is a member of the Cannabis and Tax practice groups at Greenspoon Marder LLP in the firm's Denver office. She concentrates her practice on tax controversy matters.

Ms. Strand advocates for clients at all stages of the administrative process for federal and state matters and tax-related litigation in U.S. Tax Court, federal district courts, and state courts. She also advises throughout criminal tax investigations and guides clients through internal investigations and responding to non-party document subpoenas and other discovery requests. Additionally, she is the Director of the University of Denver's Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and an assistant professor of the practice of taxation at the University's Strum College of Law.
