Sabeeha Dollie is an Associate at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice.

Sabeeha specialises in commercial, construction and civil dispute resolution through litigation, arbitration and adjudication.

Her experience includes advising on both litigious and non-litigious matters relating to contract law, construction law, company law, property law and delict.

In addition, Sabeeha is also experienced in drafting legal opinions and memoranda, national and international construction law arbitration and adjudication, construction contracts and matters before the National Consumer Commission, and has advised clients in a variety of sectors and/or industries including mining, energy, consumer goods and services, property, banking/financial services, building, construction, engineering and state owned entities.
