Ronald J. Arias is an Attorney in the Los Angeles office of Buchalter, and is a member of the Firm's Labor & Employment and Litigation Practice Groups. Mr. Arias represents employers across all industries and has experience advising and counseling concerning leaves of absence issues, wage and hour issues, and an array of other workplace issues that arise on a daily basis. Mr. Arias also represents employers through all stages of litigation for single plaintiff discrimination/harassment lawsuits and wage and hour class/representative actions. Further, he regularly represents employers through mediation, arbitration, and actions brought by federal/state agencies.
Mr. Arias' experience in commercial litigation ranges from LLC operating agreement disputes to the enforcement of contractual provisions.
