Ms. Carp is an associate in FBC's Corporate Department and provides general counsel to public and private companies, with an emphasis on hi-tech, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border commercial transactions, and intellectual property.



During her studies, Ms. Carp served as a research assistant in the field of organizational behavior in the Recanati Business School, and participated in the Environmental Clinic, where she provided legal aid in the field of environmental law.
