Romulo Roux is the Managing Partner of Morgan & Morgan and has more than 35 years of experience advising national and international clients and leading some of the country's most emblematic projects. He heads the Firm's Corporate Law Department, advising and representing clients across various areas of law. His practice includes supporting entities doing business in Panama, including international companies, multinational corporations, telecommunications companies, banking and financial institutions, government entities, and private investors. His comprehensive experience allows him to assist in the design, negotiation, and execution of high-impact projects and transactions.

He has advised clients on major infrastructure and financing projects, as well as on banking and telecommunications negotiations related to the country's most significant initiative: the Panama Canal Expansion.

In the public sector, he has served as Panama's Minister of Foreign Affairs; Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Panama Canal; Minister of Canal Affairs; and Chairman of the Panama Water Authority. He has also been elected twice as a Presidential Candidate of the Republic of Panama.
