Mr. Gladstone served as President of GKN Securities Corp., an early participant in the blank-check/SPAC market. He was involved in the early years of EarlyBirdCapital, Inc. (founded in 2000 in New York with Firebrand Financial Group as the parent holding company), contributing to the firm's growth as a leader in SPAC underwriting and special situation investments. He later founded Premium Asset Recovery Corp., specializing in the acquisition and resolution of distressed assets. He is also the founder and principal of Gladstone Law Group, focused on distressed debt, asset recovery, and complex financial
litigation.

Mr. Gladstone maintains deep ties to the Israeli business and legal communities. He founded the Tel Aviv chapter of the Sohn Investment Conference and created and endowed a legal clinic at Reichman University Law School that provides pro bono counsel to early-stage Israeli technology companies.
