Mr. Carvalho is an associate in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. He concentrates his practice on regulatory compliance, and general transactional and complex litigation matters.

Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder, Mr. Carvalho served as a paralegal and, later, as an attorney, handling complex labor and employment litigation in the Brazilian trial and appellate courts. Additionally, Mr. Carvalho served as a paralegal at a vacation ownership and timeshare rentals company, where he played a crucial role in managing litigation and arbitration cases. His responsibilities included drafting settlement agreements, managing compliance systems, and responding to consumer complaints. Additionally, he worked as a client coordinator and office administrator at a Florida-based boutique law firm, where he was instrumental in drafting legal documents, training new personnel, and maintaining firm operations.
