Rodrigo Fernández is a partner of the Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts practice.
He has extensive expertise in corporate and commercial matters, as well as in mergers and acquisitions and mining. He advises a wide range of Chilean and foreign clients, and actively works with family businesses.
Rodrigo Fernández is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and of the International Bar Association (IBA).
