Robert Fisher is an associate in Dykema's Dallas office. Robert focuses his practice on Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, and Corporate Governance/Structuring matters.
Robert regularly advises management service organizations, dental practices, medical practices, and individual healthcare providers, as well as non-healthcare businesses, on a variety of corporate matters related to ownership structures, control concerns, liability reduction, operations, and mergers/acquisitions. He has strong transactional experience in asset and stock purchase agreements, merger agreements, operating agreements, partnership/shareholder agreements, management agreements, succession planning, and compliance concerns. Robert strives to listen to the client first and understand the exact issues of concern so that his work can be focused and fine-tuned to the client's needed solution.
Prior to joining Dykema, Robert practiced at a Dallas based business and healthcare firm.
