Rita Correia Martins is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate department.
Previously worked at CCA Law Firm (2013-2020), as trainee-lawyer and associate lawyer, and at the law firm Athayde de Tavares e Pereira da Rosa & Associados (2012-2013), as trainee-lawyer.
She has extensive expertise in Real Estate Law, provides legal advice to clients in the real estate sector on a regular basis, mostly on real estate transactions, involving office buildings, residential buildings, touristic buildings, logistic parks and shopping centres; as well as legal advice in property management of real estate assets.
Qualified by the Portuguese Bar Association since 2015.

Degree in Law, Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Nova de Lisboa (2010).
Master degree in "Ciências Jurídicas Forenses", Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Nova de Lisboa (2013).
