Profile

Rayan Houdrouge advises Swiss and multinational companies, among them disruptive technology companies, and international organisations on all employment-related matters. He has extensive experience in executive transfers, litigation, internal investigations, restructurings, business transfers and compensation packages, including for blockchain companies. He also has particular expertise in assisting HNWIs, especially with regard to residency and philanthropic matters.

Rayan Houdrouge studied at the University of Lausanne (lic. iur.) and the New York University School of Law (LL.M. in Corporate Law). He holds the Swiss Federal Certificate in Labour Law and is an accredited social security expert. He was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2005. Prior to joining Walder Wyss, he was a partner and the head of the employment team at a leading Swiss law firm.

Rayan Houdrouge is ranked as a leading lawyer in his practice areas by Chambers, Legal 500 and Lexology Index (Thought Leaders), and he has been recognized by Best Lawyers 2025 in Labor and Employment Law as well as in Immigration Law.

Rayan Houdrouge is fluent in French, English and German. He is registered with the Geneva Bar and admitted to practice in all Swiss cantons.
