Rajesh (Raj) Kukreja is a Shareholder in the Firm's Denver office and a member of the Litigation practice group, specializing in Family Law. Raj's practice focuses on the representation of individuals with High Net Worth ("HNW") and Ultra High Net Worth ("UHNW") marital estates in their dissolution of marriage and related matters. The resolution of disputes involving such marital estates routinely involve the valuation of privately held companies and business interests, valuation of real estate interests, analysis of actual and potential property interests, valuation of trusts and associated beneficial interests, the analysis of executive compensation issues (such as restricted stock, deferred compensation, stock options, and the like), and litigation regarding the enforceability of marital agreements. Raj has extensive experience with both trial work and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. He represents clients throughout Colorado, including the Front Range and mountain communities in Colorado.

Raj also received a Certificate in Family Law mediation from Northwestern University (Chicago, Illinois) in November 2022. His law practice has recently expanded to offer mediation and arbitration services, especially as such services relate to the division of HNW and UHNW marital estates.
