Raj Ragobur is an Executive at ENS and heads the litigation practice at the Mauritius office. He specialises in banking law, litigation and insolvency law, including recovery and bankruptcy. He is a registered Insolvency Practitioner. He also deals extensively with receiverships, winding-up, and sale by levy.

Raj’s experience includes advising on all fields of Mauritian law, and wide variety of commercial litigation, including insolvency and he regularly deals in receiverships and winding ups.

He is one of the leading attorneys appearing before the Bankruptcy and Commercial Division of the Supreme Court and Master’s Court.
