Profile

Rachel Sims is an associate in the firm's Litigation Practice Group, where she handles a diverse range of cases, including complex business disputes, torts, product liability, and life sciences litigation. During her time at Bradley, Rachel has been involved in cases at a variety of stages throughout the litigation process. Her work has involved cases in court, arbitration, and mediation, requiring her to manage responses to non-party subpoenas, oversee offensive and defensive sides of the discovery process, and draft a variety of pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Though born in Louisiana, Rachel grew up in South Carolina and graduated high school in Texas. Like her, her practice spans across states, and she provides results for clients across the country. Rachel has worked on cases in several different state courts, federal court and before the American Arbitration Association.

Rachel attended the University of Alabama School of Law, where she developed her passion for oral advocacy and honed her research and writing skills. In her final year of law school, she competed as an advocate on the Carol Andrews American Bar Association National Moot Court Team. Her team was the 2023 regional champion, and she was recognized as the third best speaker in the region before going on to compete at the national competition in Washington, D.C.
