Profile
Rachel Sodée is an associate in Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group.
Rachel devotes a significant amount of her practice to clients in the media and entertainment industry, where she regularly represents a variety of stakeholders, including some of the world’s largest entertainment companies. In addition to her work for clients in the media and entertainment industry, Rachel also routinely represents hospitals and healthcare systems, technology companies, staffing providers, transportation and logistics companies, manufacturers, and cannabis businesses. Regardless of the type of client involved, she prides herself on being a zealous advocate for her client’s interests. She has significant experience representing clients through all phases of a dispute, from pre-litigation through appeal.
In addition to her client work, Rachel has been actively involved in several firm initiatives and committees, including the Winn Initiative, the Law Student Recruiting Task Force, and the firm’s pro bono efforts. She particularly prides herself on her pro bono work, including representation of incarcerated individuals asserting Section 1983 claims, local nonprofits, and minority-owned small businesses. As a result of her pro bono work, Rachel has been recognized for several years as an Attorney for Justice by the Tennessee Supreme Court.
Rachel received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was symposium editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review and president of the Labor and Employment Law Society. She earned a B.A. (summa cum laude) in French and English from the University of Alabama.
