Rachael is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team, specialising in commercial leasing for both landlords and tenants. She has extensive experience in the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties, including portfolio and development acquisitions.

Notable Experience:

• Advising on the rollout of EV charging points for key clients, including liaising with IDNOs and DNOs and creating precedent documents
• Acting for major national retailers in relation to their Scottish portfolios, handling acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management
• Serving as a key client contact for a national health and beauty retailer, managing acquisitions, disposals, and a high volume of lease renewals
• Representing a public authority in a voluntary registration exercise for over 300 Scottish assets
• Managing the transfer of five properties within a pension fund valued at around £14 million, as part of a UK portfolio worth over £130 million
