She has experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial lease agreements, American Institute of Architects (AIA) construction contracts, easements and other real estate-oriented documents. Peyton has represented a variety of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, government entities and healthcare practices. She also conducts due diligence investigations to identify and mitigate any risks associated with real estate transactions.
