Pessi advises clients in commercial contracts and outsourcing, technology-related assignments including the application of artificial intelligence, protection of and transactions involving both personal and non-personal data, as well as intellectual property, with a particular focus on copyright and related rights. A certified information privacy professional, Pessi draws from his general counsel experience to represent domestic and international clients in sectors ranging from ICT, media and creative industries to biotech and pharmaceuticals.
