Profile
Pedro José Pérez Sánchez is a senior associate in the Labor and Employment Law practice.
He has extensive experience in providing comprehensive advice to companies on both labor and social security law, and human resources and immigration matters; drafting reports on all labor matters; individual negotiations in dismissal procedures, monetary claims, etc. He has actively participated in collective bargaining, collective procedures and company agreements, as well as a multitude of trials; due diligence reviews of companies with more than 500 employees; the implementation of flexible remuneration systems: life and health insurance, vehicle policies; and the development of equality plans.
He has been a tutor and supervisor of internships for students of the Faculty of Law of Universidad de Murcia since 2008.
