Pedro is a partner in the Dispute Resolution practice. With 25 years' experience as a lawyer, barrister, arbitrator and former judge, he focuses on corporate litigation and arbitration and on corporate restructuring. He has expertise in international arbitration and cross-border disputes and is noted for his ability to assist in corporate control disputes and distressed M&A. Pedro's client base essentially consists of private equity firms, financial institutions and other investors and lenders and large companies.

Pedro is also an Associate Professor at the Nova School of Law. He earned a PhD in corporate law and has published books and articles on corporate governance, D&O liability, corporate litigation and restructuring.
