Profile
Paula Castro Valladares is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice.
She has far-reaching experience in practicing as legal counsel to handle all types of civil and commercial litigation, especially in cases related to obligations and contracts, monetary claims, extra-contractual liability, construction and corporate law.
Additionally, she provides ongoing restructuring and insolvency advisory services to companies in a state of current or imminent technical insolvency, and on debt restructuring and the purchase of productive units within insolvency proceedings.
She has moreover taken part in purchases of companies, assets and businesses, in due diligence processes and in the implementation of mergers, spin-offs, changes of corporate form, winding-up processes and business reorganizations generally.
Paula Castro Valladares is a member of Vigo Bar Association (bar membership number 3,653).
