Patrick Maxwell is a finance attorney who represents lenders and borrowers in complex commercial finance transactions. His experience in lending transactions includes cash-flow facilities, asset-based facilities, syndicated facilities, new market tax credit transactions, acquisition financings, asset securitizations, and third party legal opinions. He also advises on Uniform Commercial Code and Paycheck Protection Program and other Small Business Administration loan matters. Patrick is a member of the firm's Business Law Practice Group and Financial Services Industry Team.

Prior to entering the practice of law, Patrick spent three years as an investment banking analyst at a commercial bank, focused primarily on loan syndications.
