Pablo Vinageras a counsel in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate law group.

Among other fields, he specializes in M&A, corporate law and commercial contracts, especially with respect to advising international investors with interests in Spain and start-ups. He has notably participated in transactions (sale and purchase of shares and assets, joint ventures, collaboration and specialization agreements, restructuring, etc.) with an international component, with particular emphasis on English-speaking countries, China and Latin America. Since he studied in México, he particularly has strong links with clients from Latin America. His international contacts are complemented by his position as Honorary Member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).

He also provides ongoing advice on corporate matters within the framework of noteworthy M&A transactions and internal restructuring of the abovementioned entities, as well as of transactions involving private equity and industrial entities.

Pablo is the co-head of the start-ups and open innovation industry.

He lectures in business law at Campus "La Salle" at Universitat Ramon Llull as well as at the Faculty of Law at ESADE (Universitat Ramon Llull) where he teaches classes on international business law.

Pablo Vinageras is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association, of the Mexican Bar Association and of the International Bar Association, as well as an active member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
